Wiring & Rewiring

New, Existing, & Emergency Wiring

The copper and aluminum wires that carry the electricity throughout a home or business are one of the more important parts of an electrical system. Older wiring systems did not have a safety ground and then had a smaller ground wire. If you have an older 2 wire system, those wires need to be replaced. Older wires that have been allowed to get hot from improper fuse/breaker sizing or overuse are prime candidates for replacement as well.

120 volt circuits  are connected together at each receptacle (outlet) device. Those are the most likely places for excess heat and degradation to happen. Upgrading devices such as outlets, switches and light fixtures are an important part of maintaining a safe electrical system.
