CAUTION: Refrigerants can cause severe burns and even loss of limbs. Certification and licensing is required for the purchase and handling of refrigerants. Trust a licensed professional to handle air conditioning services.
REFRIGERANT MANDATE: Air conditioning refrigerants are regulated by the federal government. Starting in 2025, air conditioning manufacturers are required to switch to a refrigerant with lower global warming potential. Most manufacturers have selected a particular refrigerant that uses a small amount of propane. Thus, new AC units require a built-in propane sensor.

We needed a new heating and AC system. First Call Jewel responded quickly. Zane was our project manager and did a great job letting us know all the details of our options, but there was no pressure when we were trying to decide between the different cost options. Oscar was very professional with the installation. He was always here when he promised and he did a very good job with the installation. Early in the process, some new problems came to light. Zane was immediately available to change the order around so that we got the installation done without delay.
